We work with a recruitment fee, paid by the Dutch employer/company.

The only additional costs in the (international) recruitment process are the travel and accommodation costs if the candidate (at the end of the procedure) comes to the Netherlands for an introduction / (final) interview. In addition, it is very important that the candidate is guided in finding suitable accommodation and applying for the necessary formalities. For this we can put you in contact with parties with whom we work (including Expat Center Twente), but where possible you can of course also take care of this guidance yourself.
